1) What are your hours?

We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and we’re closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

2) How do I schedule an appointment or request a quote?

The easiest way is through our online Schedule / Quote Request form, since we only book appointments through the form and not over the phone.

3) Where are you located?

We’re located at 1143 E Plant Street in Winter Garden, just a matter of blocks from Downtown Winter Garden.

4) What services do you offer?

We handle everything from diagnostics and brake work to A/C repair, preventive maintenance, and even transmission and clutch services. If we do not do it, we will get you to a trusted partner who does!

5) Are your mechanics professionally trained?

Yes, our mechanics are professionally trained and provide quality work backed by a labor warranty.

6) Do you warranty your work?

Absolutely — all of our labor is backed by a warranty, giving you peace of mind when you leave our shop.

7) How long have you served the Winter Garden area?

We’ve been proudly serving the Winter Garden community and surrounding areas since 2011.

8) Is my car secure if it stays overnight?

Yes, if your car needs to stay overnight, it will be kept in a secure gate locked and camera monitored location.

9) Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, our shop is fully bonded and insured, so you and your vehicle are always protected.

10) Can I wait while my car is being serviced?

We only schedule waiting in car appointments for oil changes between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. Most other services, especially diagnostics, can take longer, so we encourage you to drop off your vehicle, we do not have lounge space.

11) Do you offer specials for new customers?

Yes, we currently offer $5 off an oil change and 10% off any mechanical repair for new customers — one coupon per vehicle.

12) Can I call for general questions?

Of course, you can call us anytime at 407-877-3933 if you have a question, but please remember that scheduling is done only through the online form.
